Positive: The house was spacious, beautifully presented, relaxing, full of light and was well appointed. The garden / grounds were large which meant we were not overlooked. It was very peaceful and we were surrounded by nature. The main access road into Stockholm was convenient and it was a 10 minute walk to a bus stop, 2 restaurants and the water. We hired a car and there were other bathing spots, a large retail park with supermarket, and other places to eat within a short drive. I took daily 90min - 2 hrs walks in the surrounding countryside on the signposted varmdoleden paths in the morning and saw: deer, storks, a badger, bird of prey, an otter, tens of baby frogs and lots of young dragon flies. It was incredible. We drove short distances to 3 different ferry points and sailed to different neighbouring islands.

Positive: It feels like home away from home. All you need is there - dishwasher, washing machine etc. and everything you need in the kitchen. There are also plenty of sitting areas on the terrace and a lot of lounge chairs. It looks really like in the photos on Booking. The beds are very comfortable and we slept very well. It’s very peaceful but not isolated with the view of the greenery. If you like to walk, you could enjoy a lots of walking on gravel roads in the forest. Wi-Fi works very well. We did some work there and it worked perfectly. If you are not used to the light during the night which is normal during the summer and as the doors to the bedrooms have small windows, we suggest to do what we did and that is to put the aluminum foil on it, so that it’s dark. The owners are very nice and very responsive. There is a nice restaurant Strömma Krog by the water where you can park you car, you just need to tell to the staff at the restaurant on arrival. We ate also at the golf course Fågelbro nearby where they also have dishes of the day and you can enjoy the Swedish food. We recommend this property without any hesitation. We could imagine to come back again. It was a perfect family vacation.

Positive: The house is situated beautifully and quietly at the end of a small road, with lovely views of trees from every window. Lots of outside decking which would be fantastic to use in summer. A couple of places to eat within walking distance (we tried the Bistro for sitting in and takeaway; both good). Location within easy reach of Stockholm (35-40 mins). The house itself is lovely and cosy, very comfortable and extremely well equipped.
Negative: Nothing - we loved it. Just be aware there are some steps up to the door of the property - not a problem for us.
Summary: Super comfortable stay in beautiful location with very responsive and lovely hosts.

Positive: We had a wonderful time there. The comfort and environment is magical. A good starting point for exploring the surrounding natural beauty or/and Stockholm. This is a beautiful villa set in a nice environment with views of the greenery. There are other buildings nearby, but they don't disturb the view, and you don't even know about them. The plot is large and thanks to the terraces it offers possibilities for relaxation or barbecue. The villa is spacious and provides all the comfort and equipment you need. Spending time here is very pleasant and you won't want to go out :). There is a pleasant restaurant and pizza bistro in the nearby marina.
Negative: I have nothing to complain about.
Summary: A truly beautiful place.
